Music Letter Requirements and Application
Instrumental music students may qualify for a music letter. See the requirements and application in the link below for more information. Concert Ensemble letters will be awarded at the Awards banquet in May. Applications must be turned in to Mr. Alessandrini by April 10 (or an alternative date given in class) for verification, and the appropriate selection must be marked on the end-of-year form to indicate the completion of this form.
Marching Band Letters: Students who earn a letter for marching band do NOT need to complete this form. To qualify for a letter in Marching Band, a student must participate in the ensemble for two years and fulfill daily rehearsal expectations. In addition, attendance is expected at all scheduled performances. Students must display a positive attitude toward the ensemble. Rehearsal preparation and superior citizenship will be given equal weight. Marching Band letters will be awarded at the Spring Instrumental Music Awards night.
