THURSDAY, March 2
String Orchestra 7:35p ITINERARY (Orchestra)
FRIDAY, March 3
Symphony Band 4:00p ITINERARY (Symphony Band)
Wind Ensemble 8:05p ITINERARY (Wind Ensemble)
We are in need of a parent (or 2) who have a van and could help transport 2 mallet instruments to Churchill Thursday morning (3/2). Since Orchestra and Wind Ensemble are performing in the evening, students are responsible for transporting their instruments to and from Churchill for performance. The music room will be open after school Thursday and Friday for individuals to pick up and return instruments. Symphony Band members will take their instruments on the bus Friday afternoon.
We are in need of 1-2 parents to ride the bus with the Symphony Band on Friday (3/3). In addition, we will need 1 parent with a large vehicle to drive 3-5 students so we can avoid hiring a 2nd bus. If you are available to ride the bus or drive a few students/instruments, please contact Jason Nesler (Jason.Nesler@brixmor.com) or me by email.
